At Boro Health & Wellness Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional experiences using high-quality products, continued education, and a talented team dedicated to your wellness.

We have not adjusted our pricing since January 2024. During that time, we have expanded our services, enhanced our client experience, invested in our team, and navigated rising operating costs. To continue providing the level of care and quality you expect from BHWS, select service prices will be adjusted beginning August 1, 2026.

We are incredibly grateful for your continued trust and support. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your wellness journey—we look forward to continuing to help you Reset. Realign. Rise.

  • If booking with a gift card or voucher, a credit card is still required to hold your reservation; however, no deposit will be charged.

  • Please note: We believe wellness begins with how we value time. To respect both our guests’ and our teams’ time, we may open later or close earlier if no appointments are booked.

    * Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the applicable Wellness Credit and/or applicable cancellation fees.

    * Membership may be frozen one (1) time per calendar year for up to sixty (60) days due to medical, travel, or personal circumstances.

    * Freeze requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle.

    * Credits and benefits cannot be used during a freeze period.

    * Membership may be canceled after a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

    * A written cancellation request must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the next billing date.

    Enjoy the numerous benefits of infrared sauna with an unlimited for 1 membership. Single member plan, not to be shared with anyone in household.

    • Monthly membership.

    • By signing up to the membership you are authorizing boro health & wellness spa to charge your card monthly on the date you sign up on a Visa, Matercard, Discover, or Amercan Express. If the card fails, the system will automatically try again in three days.

    • Ability to use 1 of our infrared saunas once per day, on days we are open for either 20 or 40 minute sessions.

  • Experience the benefits of infrared sauna therapy with our annual unlimited membership. Enjoy daily sessions all your room at a special prepaid rate of $990 a savings compared to the regular monthly price of $99.

    Membership details:

    Valid for one year from date of purchase single member plan not to be shared or transferred.

    Enjoy one infrared session 20 or 40 minutes on days the spa is open.

    Full payment of $990 is required at the time of enrollment.

    Billing & Policy:

    This is a prepaid annual membership and will not be billed monthly. No refunds will be issued. Once the membership has been purchased. Memberships may not be paused, extended or transferred.

    • If your membership should lapse credits will expire after 30 days.

    • Your membership will be charged on the 10th or the 25th of every month. (You pick the date you prefer)

    • Unused credits roll over to the next month up to six months as long as membership is active.

Our treatments are specifically reserved for you, and we greatly value your business. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling an appointment to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. A credit card is required to secure your reservation.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or same-day cancellations will incur a fee of $50 for each individual per service. Gift Card & Certificate Policy

Gift cards and certificates may be redeemed for services at Boro Health & Wellness Spa only. They cannot be applied toward gratuity, retail purchases, memberships, or other promotional specials, and may not be combined with any additional offers.

All gift cards and certificates are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
