Before You Book

We can’t wait to welcome you to BHWS! To help create the best possible experience for every guest, please review a few helpful policies before your visit.

Reservations

A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments.

Gift cards and vouchers are always welcome. If using a gift card, a card is still required to hold your reservation; however, no deposit will be charged.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice | same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee per service.

No-shows or appointments not canceled prior to the scheduled start time will be charged 100% of the reserved service, processed 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. To respect the schedules of both our guests and providers, your service may be shortened while the full service price will still apply.

Gift Cards

BHWS gift cards are valid for two years from the date of purchase and may be redeemed toward spa services. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards can not used towards products or gratuity.

Refund Policy

Memberships, treatment packages, series, gift cards, services, products and any purchased credits are non-refundable. We encourage guests to enjoy these experiences within their designated timeframes.

Community Appreciation

We are honored to offer 10% off spa services for Veterans and First Responders as a small thank you for your service.

  • Unlimited 1 month infrared sauna membership $99 a month.

    Enjoy the numerous benefits of infrared sauna with an unlimited for 1 membership. Single member plan, not to be shared with anyone in household.

    • Monthly membership.

    • By signing up to the membership you are authorizing boro health & wellness spa to charge your card monthly on the date you sign up on a Visa, Matercard, Discover, or Amercan Express. If the card fails, the system will automatically try again in three days.

    • Ability to use 1 of our infrared saunas once per day, on days we are open for either 20 or 40 minute sessions.

  • Experience the benefits of infrared sauna therapy with our annual unlimited membership. Enjoy daily sessions all your room at a special prepaid rate of $990 a savings compared to the regular monthly price of $99.

    Membership details:

    Valid for one year from date of purchase single member plan not to be shared or transferred.

    Enjoy one infrared session 20 or 40 minutes on days the spa is open.

    Full payment of $990 is required at the time of enrollment.

    Billing & Policy:

    This is a prepaid annual membership and will not be billed monthly. No refunds will be issued. Once the membership has been purchased. Memberships may not be paused, extended or transferred.
